ACTIVITY 1.12 THIRD WORKSHOP WAS HELD

'Technical Assistance on Preparation of River Basin Management Plans for 6 Basins' project co-financed by the European Union and Türkiye within the scope of the IPA-2 period of the European Union Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance, Activity 1.12 training workshop was held in Ilgaz between 28-30 September 2023.

Deputy Director General of Water Management Dr. Yakup KARAASLAN, representatives from the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, the General Directorate of European Union and Foreign Relations, the General Directorate of Water Management and the technical assistance team participated in the 3rd Training Workshop organized within the scope of 'Preparation of Characterization Reports'.

The three-day workshop began with the opening speech of Mr. Taner Kimençe, Head of the Department, General Directorate of Water Management.

Information was given about the works carried out within the scope of ‘Preparation of Characterization Reports’ in the workshop.

During the Training Workshop, the experts listed below provided information to the participants on the specified topics.

The closing speeches of the 3rd Training Workshop organized within the scope of “Preparation of Characterization Reports” were made by Dr. Yakup KARAASLAN, Deputy Director General of the General Directorate of Water Management.
