PRESSURE

Point and non-point pollutants that cause pressure in Antalya Basin can be listed as follows:

• Untreated urban wastewater,

• Untreated industrial wastewater (leather industry, marble enterprises operating around Isparta Creek),

• Leachate of irregular landfills,

• Fertilizers and pesticides used in agricultural activities that cause infiltration in surface and ground waters,

• Pollution caused by livestock activities causing infiltration in surface and ground waters.
